Work With Me
A free 30-minute discovery call. No obligation. A genuine conversation about where your business is, what is getting in the way, and whether working together makes sense.
What to Expect
The discovery call is not a sales call. It is a genuine conversation — thirty minutes to understand where your business is, what is working, what is not, and what you are trying to build. You will leave with more clarity than you arrived with regardless of what follows.
Your Business
We start with where you are. Revenue, team, membership numbers, how long you have been running, and what the business looks like day to day.
The Challenge
What is the primary thing that is holding your business back right now. I will listen more than I speak in this part of the call.
The Direction
Based on what you have shared, I will give you my honest initial assessment and, if relevant, a recommendation on which services would be most appropriate.
The Decision
There is no pressure to commit on the call. If working together makes sense for both of us, we will agree a next step. If it does not, the call still has value.
Do you work with businesses outside martial arts? +
Yes. My methodology applies to any coaching-led membership business — yoga studios, CrossFit boxes, gymnastics clubs, dance schools, swimming clubs and more. The problems these businesses face are almost identical regardless of the discipline. My background is in martial arts and that is where my credibility is deepest, but the frameworks I use translate directly.
Do you work internationally? +
Yes. All work is delivered remotely so location is not a barrier. I work with businesses across English-speaking markets including the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How quickly can we start? +
Individual rate card services can typically begin within one to two weeks of the discovery call. The monthly Advisory has limited availability and a start date is agreed following the application process. If you have a specific timeline in mind, mention it on the discovery call.
What size of business do you work with? +
My ideal clients are founder-led coaching businesses with between 2 and 15 staff, turning over between £100,000 and £500,000 annually. If you are outside that range but believe the work would still be relevant, the discovery call is the right place to explore that.
What is the difference between a rate card service and the Advisory? +
Rate card services are scoped engagements focused on a specific area of the business. They are delivered once and produce a written output. The Advisory is an ongoing retained relationship — fortnightly calls, async support between sessions, and consistent accountability over a minimum of six months. Many clients begin with a rate card service and move into the Advisory once they have experienced the quality of the work.
Is everything confidential? +
Yes. Everything discussed in a discovery call and in any subsequent engagement is treated as strictly confidential. I do not share client information, financials, or business details with any third party. Case studies on this website are only published with explicit client permission.
A Note on Fit
I work with a small number of clients at a time and I go deep with each one. That means I am selective about who I take on — not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because the work demands genuine commitment from both sides.
The founders I work with best are those who have built something real, who are honest about where they are, and who are prepared to do the work that follows a discovery call. If that is you, I look forward to the conversation.
If after our call I do not believe I am the right person to help you, I will tell you honestly and, where possible, point you in a direction that is.
