A comprehensive assessment of readiness to open a second site, covering financial resilience, operational systems, team capacity, and brand consistency. The most consequential decision most founders face.

Fees are agreed following a discovery call and tailored to the scope of engagement. The minimum term is six months.

Advisory places are limited. Applications are reviewed following a discovery call. Not every applicant will be the right fit, this is intentional.

Who the Advisory is for

The Advisory is for founders who have moved beyond needing a single service answered and want consistent, ongoing support as they build. It is a retained relationship, not a subscription to content or a group programme. We work together over time, on your specific business, with the same rigour I apply to everything else I do.

The fortnightly call is the anchor. Between sessions the WhatsApp/Notion group allows for questions, progress updates, task allocation and accountability check-ins at a pace that suits both of us. You are never waiting weeks for a response when something needs attention.

The minimum six month term exists because meaningful change in a business takes time. Short engagements produce surface-level adjustments. Six months with the right structure and accountability produces results that compound.

Who it is right for

Founders turning over £100k–£500k with 2–15 staff who are ready to build with more intention and want a consistent thinking partner alongside them.

Who it is not right for

Those looking for a quick fix, a content programme, or someone to manage their business for them. The Advisory demands active engagement from both sides.
